Purpose

spark robin is built for safe creative video and image generation. This Acceptable Use Policy explains the content users may not request, upload, generate, or attempt to route through the service.

Prohibited AI Generation Requests

You may not use spark robin to create, request, upload, or attempt to generate:

  • NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, erotic, fetish, or sexually suggestive content
  • Sexual content involving minors, youth-like characters, or ambiguous age subjects
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation, harassment, or sexualized depictions of real people
  • Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation content intended to impersonate, sexualize, deceive, or harm another person
  • Illegal, hateful, violent, self-harm, abusive, or otherwise harmful content
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates another platform's terms

Moderation and Enforcement

All user-submitted prompts for AI image or video generation are screened before generation. If a prompt is denied or flagged by our moderation systems, spark robin will block the generation request and ask you to revise the prompt.

If content safety review is temporarily unavailable, generation may be blocked until review is available again. This fail-closed behavior protects users, the platform, and our payment partners.

Attempts to evade moderation, disguise prohibited prompts, repeatedly submit blocked content, or abuse the service may result in credit loss, account limits, suspension, or termination.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, and outputs associated with your account. Only submit content you have the right to use, and only use spark robin in ways that comply with this policy, our Terms of Service, and applicable law.
